UnSkills — Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it and make payments only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@igniterapp.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Enrolling grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course for your own study only. Sharing, reselling, screen-recording or redistributing the material is strictly prohibited.

You keep access to a purchased course while it stays active on the Service, except where access is withdrawn because you breached these Terms.

Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, available on this site. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Digital content that has already been substantially accessed or downloaded may not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.

All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by UnSkills or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.

You agree to use UnSkills lawfully and respectfully: no piracy or redistribution of content, no attempts to defeat payment or access protections, no unlawful or harmful uploads, and no interference with the Service’s operation or security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without refund in cases of serious misuse.

The Service is offered “as is” and is meant to support your preparation, not to guarantee results. Although we maintain the content carefully, UnSkills does not warrant any particular outcome, uninterrupted access, or that everything is free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, UnSkills disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages connected with your use of the Service, while preserving any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and reflected in the “Last updated” date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
